Other than the mindless optimism that's so common in all real estate books for some reason, I didn't find any glaring flaws, but also not that much useful information. Things obvious to every thinking person are portrayed as great revelations, which is annoying. I'm beginning to think that unlike, say, stocks, there's really not that much theoretical information available on real estate investing. I'm not sure whether that's a good or a bad thing, however.
