Her talent is obvious, but it alone doesn't make this enjoyable reading. The sentences go on and on in, twisting in on themselves in mysterious ways, and the sheer repetition gets annoying. She has one point, and keeps expressing it in novel ways. I get it, women didn't get much chance at doing things. Maybe it needed 270 pages 65 years ago, certainly doesn't today.
