The plot is so ridiculous that it overshadows everything else. When 11 billion is at stake, it's not really believable that they'd send a single drunken lawyer to find the heir in the middle of Amazon. Or that he'd go in there without a GPS, get lost, almost die, then return without her signature, and that the proceedings would go on even without any existence that she even exists. The slapped on religious preaching is lame too.
