Mostly predictable hyperbole how "his" company is the best there is, was, and will ever be, and how they have personally invented practically everything. A cynic would note that 95% of the things he mentions as being highly innovative, were "invented" at the exact moment technology made them possible to actually implement. Occam's razor would be a good guide in deciding whether this is an amazing coincidence or if a simpler explanation can perhaps be found...
