Easily the worst Archer I've read. Characters are mind-numbingly unoriginal and onesided, the plot has more holes than...a thing with many holes...and, worst of all, the whole subject of the book is ridiculous. I did some fact-checking, and the original "Declaration of Independence" has actually almost completely faded away, making copying it relatively impossible. Not to mention that stealing and destroying the thing in the first place couldn't matter less to us mere 99.6% of the human population that doesn't happen to live in the fabled "United States of America." You know a book can't be all that good when you're cheering for the Iraqis...
