Oskusoft was a small company during 2004-2006 that sold software for writing movie screenplays, founded by Osku Salerma. The commercial aspects of the operations were shut down due to the revenue stream not justifying the time spent on the company.
The company's products were made freely available at that time, including their source code, and can be downloaded from this site.
